Shipping policy

We offer services to Canada and the US only for now.

Items lost in transit/during shipping/after delivery is not our responsibility.

Duties and Customs are paid by the customers upon or post delivery and it is not included in the prices of the products. 

We use UPS and Canada Post as our shipping partners. Tracking numbers are provided by them and it is the customer's responsibility to track their orders once they are shipped.

On average, it takes about 2-3 business days to prepare your shipping and dispatch. You will be notified once your shipping is dispatched from our end.
